Dolly’s Story.
Dolly has spent over 15 years developing and coaching private clients and businesses. From FTSE 500 to family businesses, she has spent thousands of hours working with individuals and teams at all levels. In 2020, Dolly was keen to set up her own practice specialising in motivating and empowering teams so that business AND people thrive. The Dolly Waddell, People Performance Consultancy was born.
Dolly is a qualified leadership performance coach, and is accredited in many leadership methodologies as well as creating her own tried and tested performance models. She is highly experienced in psychological transformation, has a degree in English & linguistics and is an expert in human personality. She has studied and developed a deep understanding of how people work, why they get stuck and how to leverage their potential.
Dolly is engaging, fun and solution-focused. Nicolas Wainwright, CEO of Boodles likens her to a “hot knife through butter” where she brings clarity and change rather than just talking about it.
As a married, working mother of 4, she knows too well the push and pull of busy life and seeks to practise all that she preaches to LOVE LIVE and LEAD from her own authenticity. Dolly and her family live in the beautiful South Downs National Park in the county of West Sussex, UK.
